It is like being in the “Little House on the Prairie”! A magnificent location in Gauja National Park close to Turaida castle and museum and few Km from Sigulda. A wonderful log cottage very comfortable with a nice fireplace and the basic equipment. However, since it has lots of beds, it is more appropriated for families or groups of friends rather than couples.

Everything about it is perfect. Location is very good: ~45 from Riga. Max 10 min to Tarzans, AB Park, Sigulda zoo, Sigulda adventure park. Sauna and hot tub for extra charge, but they are totally worth it. We'd recommend staying for two nights minimum. Quiet place and also very spacious, can fit several persons. Several double beds and couple of single beds. Mattress wer bit hard, but still slept very good. Kitchen well equipped and has all the dishes and utensils for cooking. BBQ free to use outside with the utentsils. Bring your own cole though, the logs are needed to light up the fireplace for colder nights. Don't rely too much on the WiFi or your mobile data, since the house is located at the valley, there's really not good internet available to use streaming services or listen to youtube for example. Just come and enjoy with your friends/family. Forget the internet. For music- radio is set up inside the house, can use it with CD's, cassettes or with AUX-AUX cable. Or bring your own portable speaker.

We loved all about this stay..starting from communication from owners....location ... Beautifull house, loved sauna and hot tub👌💯 Clean area outside.. We do looking forward to come back and enjoy it again💫
