Courtesy of the staff, services offered, the care and empathy shown by the staff, breakfast buffet, dining options at the reception/lounge and upstairs dining, in room dining service, house keeping, concierge service, room size, layout, comfortable bed, view from the hotel, location of the hotel - not so noisy around, yet lots of amenities and restaurants closeby
