Dar Ben Gacem offers a truly special experience in Tunis. The house is beautifully restored, full of authentic details, and perfectly located in the Medina, yet calm and peaceful once inside. The room was comfortable, clean, and tastefully decorated, combining tradition with modern comfort. Breakfast was fulfilling, fresh enjoyed in a lovely courtyard setting. The staff were exceptionally kind, attentive, and welcoming. A great choice for travelers looking for authenticity, charm, and a memorable stay in Tunis.

Nicely located hostelry with cheerful, laid-back staff. Good pickup service, comfortable, beautifully decorated room and very good breakfasts. Interiors were lovely and the shaded resting area with sofas on the roof was an excellent place to unwind.

The building is stunning and the location in the medina fantastic. We felt priviliged to stay in such a historic and beautiful building. The place was very spacious and comfortable with lovely corners to sit and relax and a great rooftop area offering stunning views. Staff were friendly and helpful and our room was nice and clean.
