The proximity to the beach was really a plus. While it is a relatively older hotel, it was good for value. Rooms were much bigger compared to other hotels and we had ample space for our things, the bathroom was also spacious enough and clean with good water pressure. Overall, I would recommend this place if you're visiting Guam.

Flexibility with option of an early check-in. Balcony, normal room, clean bed, no luxury, but great value. A local beach nearby. Not the nicest one but still good. You get what you pay for, and I got it. Overall satisfaction.
