Good, quiet location, singing birds in the garden, covered space near the pool. Availability of a teapot and water in the swimming pool/common kitchen area. Polite and helpful personnel.

Rooms are big, large terrace. You are pretty much free to do as you please. If you are with a car there is ample parking on the street outside. Location is both central and quiet. I met the manager on checkout and he was a really nice guy who got me a taxi at a short notice to take me to the bus station which isn’t far away.. it’s not always easy to find a taxi, which I needed because of luggage, at short notice for a short distance in Tulum. Beach towels are made available.

The outside area is fabulous, beatiful pool and garden. Very quiet and silent in the area. A bit far from the centre, but we had a car and they had parking, so it was perfect. Good value for money
