The pool at the sister hotel Bardo was very beautiful and within 2 min walking distance. The pool at una vida was also fine. The room was spacious and the airco works fine. The main street of Tulum pueblo was walkable, good restaurants within biking or car distance

INTERIOR DESIGN !!!!! Beautiful ! Possibility to enter other hotels property, same beautiful. Good food! Cheesecake was unbelievable ! Taking free Chi-Gong/Yoga lessons in mornings! Staff taking brilliant care of the property and people there! Totally awesome ! ❤️❤️❤️

It’s a beautiful hotel but what’s even better you get access to their other two sister hotels, Bardo which is just a few mins away and the stunning Milam (20 min walk). They have great yoga courses there and the pools are amazing. The location is not the most central but good enough. The room was very spacious!

I absolutely loved my stay at Una Vida, the ladies at the concierge were super helpful. From arranging airport transfers through to smooth check in & ensuring my stay was as comfortable as possible. I also lucked out with my lil sanctuary, I loved my lil apartment, everything about this place is simply gorgeous. Thank you
