We stayed at your hotel during our honeymoon, and it felt like a dream. We loved it so much that we even canceled our last hotel to book another magical stay at your amazing property, from December 30, 2025 to January 2, 2026. We are very much looking forward to it!

The Panamera hotel that is the main hotel is beautiful. Pool and beach club, bar are amazing. And you can enjoy everything. The Tuup is very cute with a small pool and decoration is minimalist. And free bikes, which was very convenient.

A beautiful location on Tulum Beach. Tuup Tulum rooms are a part of the Panamera Hotel directly next door, and we had access to all of the facilities. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable with good quality pillows. We ate in the restaurant for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and the food was exceptional. Yes, it is expensive compared to the rest of Mexico, but we knew that before we booked. The staff were all friendly and welcoming. Special shout out to Erick and Armondo.

We stayed in one of the bungalows across the road and it was absolutely lovely, both inside and out! As soon as you walk into the room, there’s an amazing smell and the space is minimalist and clean, with comfy beds. You have access to Hotel Panarema's facilities, which was a fantastic bonus.
