The hotel seems to be in the process of ownership change. It has potential, but seems to require some investment. It was ok for a short stay (2 nights), with a pretty beach view from the hotel's balcony. I noticed an issue with hot water - it just doesn't seem to be hot enough during the evenings, when everyone takes shower. I didn't particularly enjoy breakfast as there was nothing a bit more "local" to eat. Hotel's beach was fine to enjoy the sunset, but not really for a swim. It's nothing close to Tulum's white sand beaches. Overall, it's my personal preference - won't book any resort-type stay ever again (even for 2 nights).

Location is great, nice pool area and comfortable beds on the beach. The food was good too.
