It was off season and room 9 has an AC fault that was never fixed during our stay and the engineer showed me how to switch it off from the fuse box. He visted and said he would switch out the AC control panel but never came back. There is a tile missing in the plunge pool and the wifi needs a room booster. The beach bar was closed for refurbishment during our 5 day stay. Please address these issues so guests can have a A+ stay. Things that were good. When we arrived the first room had a poor ocean view and our room was changed to a better view. Cleaning ladies were amazing throughout and kept room spotless. The bell boys were great helping with carrying suitcases. Complimentary coffee and water was nice along with toiletries.
