The fine print
The resort fee is MXN 50 per person, per night, and includes bicycle use during your stay and transportation to iconic sites in Tulum. Airport transfers are not included.The cleaning service is offered every 4 nights when booking the Básica Siente.Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

The hotel is in a great location for visiting the Tulum archaeological site. The rooms are modern, clean and comfortable. They also have a link with a nearby cenote where I spent several hours swimming, reading and enjoying cocktails. There is also a small swimming pool on the roof.

The view from the rooftop is quite nice! The location is also handy to visit the main attractions! Breakfast was fine (7 out of 10)

The location, the staff, the view, it’s a beautiful place to stay! However the senote that’s advertised is not on the premises and you need to book it in advance because it’s not open everyday

The pool is great, rooms are spacious. Location right across from the entrance to the Tulum ruins and collectivo bus stop.
