It is a very cozy peaceful place. Very simple but had all I needed. The staff were wonderful.I rented a bike while I was there and was able to ride into town and to the cenotes very easily.

Good location, close to restaurants, not a long distance from main attractions in Tulum. Walking distance from 7Eleven. Access to the beach from hotel and atmosphere was very good. It was also close to the dive shop we chose. Staff were friendly and helped us in whatever way they can.

Design and location of the hotel ! Almost private little beach & exceptional food service by super friendly staff Jorge and Gustavo ! Receptionist Gabriel was very helpful and organised us a super excursion as well ! Highly recommended! Will return next year ! Muchas Gracias !

Perfect quiet location on a small quieter beach, but close enough to hotel zone and 10min drive to Tulum town. Basic hotel but clean and with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Would happily stay here again.
