Our stay at Casa Elda was perfect for what we needed. We needed to change our dates by 1 day last minute and they were understanding and got it changed for us which was a huge help. The pool area is quite small but it wasn’t ever busy + there is a rooftop terrace perfect for sunbathing. Staff were super responsive if we ever needed anything.

I am reluctant to say how wonderful this hotel is in case it’s full next time I come. I cannot fault it and would happily stay. Thankyou Martha, the perfect host. We really appreciated your advice on all things Tulum.
