The location, it is calm, white sandy beach The staff is really amazing, they always find solution, always available, super friendly. The breakfast is fabulous

We had the ocean view room that has an amazing view. The staff is amazing in particular reception people so helpful. You can use some of the facilities in the sister hotel.

The hotel was impeccably maintained and featured a stunning jungle path leading to the beach. The exterior and sand were cleaned daily. The location is fantastic, offering a private beach section with exclusive sunbeds. Our room was quite spacious. Overall, it was a wonderful stay!

- exceptional stay - great location of the hotel directly on the beach with private day beds - friendly staff at the reception and maids - waiters at the beach bar were always very helpful and friendly - I recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to experience authentic Tulum. - practically everything you need on vacation is nearby. Renting their bikes is free for the time of the stay.
