The place was conveniently located. We were a bit surprised that the room was so close to reception, but in the event that didn't matter. What really made a difference was the staff. The two guys on reception (Fernando and Roberto) could not have been more helpful... suggestions about places to visit & eat in town, arranging a hire car and Mayan ruins to visit (Kabah was a hidden gem) and cenotes for swimming, bus to Progreso beach. Even calling up the hire car when we were a bit late getting back. Thanks Fernando & Roberto!!!

Raquel was amazing - so helpful with recommendations and checked in often to see if we needed anything. The room itself was really spacious and bright - we had everything we needed for a two week stay. Really affordable option for what we got in terms of facilities.

Everything about our stay was nice. Great appartement, spacious & clean, great bed as well and nice overall design. Rooftop pool was great for a cool down swim. Great host! Location is perfect if you have a rental car, or rent a scooter or bike to get to the central area or beach.
