Nice room, washer/drier, great pool. Has a kitchen, but just the essentials. We hired the ATV's to get around and this was fun and great. but the ATV's are in such bad condition and need a wheel alignment. This apartment is about half way between Tulum beach area and the town. Maybe closer to town. You can not walk there. The ATV's were great for this, but the beach area is more popular and has nice boutiques but you really can't access the beach unless you go to a restaurant.

I can’t believe the negative reviews. From the minute we arrived we were amazed at how beautiful it was. The two bed apartment was beautiful and spacious and had everything you needed including on suites in both rooms. Taxi facilities outside all the time and a short work to the closet 7 eleven and a short taxi ride to the local main areas.
