It was an amazing experience, breath taking view over the whole dschungel and just amazing staff that did everything to make us feel.comfortable and gave us great food recommondations♡ we loved it here. Highly recommend.

The place to stay! If you are looking for a cosy and jungle vibe place to stay, this is it! Staff were absolutely incredible and couldn’t be more hospitable. As two younger girls staying in Tulum for the first time we felt very safe being here. Location is perfect, and very close to stretch of road close to all the bars and beach clubs. Will be coming back!

Don't really know where to start with this one... We made the mistake of looking up the Google reviews after having reserved and paid for this place. Doing that scared us and we did not know what we were getting into. We arrived very late and were expecting the worst. However, it was quite ok. Sure, it was nothing luxurious but it was just alright. The staff was friendly and offered to help us with the bags (we refused since we didn't know if we were going to stay due to the scare). We had the upper treehouse located all the way in the back next to the reception. The music from the club was very much present till late hours of the night but again, it wasn't that bad and we were quite tired anyway. Additionally, having the treehouse that was the farthest from the club might have helped with that. The reviews talking about stolen items scared us so much that we locked all our valuables in the safe, locking it so well we couldn't open it back up again and needed the receptionist to help with a master key. Never thought I'd add this to a review but nothing was stolen from us. We also made sure to deny cleaning every single day to make sure not to give anyone any opportunities, though I felt very bad doing this. All in all, it was a great experience.

The property is very quiet, tucked away just off the main road in the hotel zone so perfectly positioned for restaurants and the beach. The rooms are quirky and wonderful-full of character and charm. The open shower and bath were wonderful features.

It is a very nice concept, beds are comfy, our room was tastefully decorated. WiFi works perfectly, the food was exceptional, all staff members were super nice and helpful, very attentive. Very central location that many will find good, we hated it.

Great place amazing and helpful staff. Geodomes are solid concrete structures very safe and comfortable. Being is soft and beds are comfortable. Everything is working as it should including hot water!!! Very pleasant stay worth every penny.
