We had a really excellent stay. A cozy and stylish hotel right in the heart of Tullum near many great restaurants. We immediately felt very welcome upon arrival. I can highly recommend this hotel!!!

The room was large & comfortable. The chocolates on the bed were a nice added touch. The staff were very helpful & let me use the pool while I was waiting for access to my room. The hotel is in a good location & easy to walk to the restaurants & ferry terminal.

I had a wonderful stay at Kin Ha Hotel Tulum. The receptionist was incredibly kind and welcoming and immediately made me feel at home. The apartment was very clean and smelled lovely, which added a lot to the comfort. The garden is quiet and peaceful, yet the hotel is within walking distance of the lively, cozy area with restaurants and shops. It’s the perfect balance between calm and energy. Definitely recommended. I would happily stay here again.
