Very close to all supermarkets, complimentary tea, coffee and water station, super friendly staff. Right beside Easy Tours Tulum. It felt very safe as its basically on the main road

The hotel is conveniently located for travelling by car around Tulum, it has a small parking. There is a large supermarket and several smaller shops nearby. Nice swimming pool., Kitchen with basic equipment available for all guests, cold and hot drinking water, tea, coffee.

Good location for the centre of downtown, the bus station and collectivo stop but not noisy. Nice outdoor area with water dispenser and tea and coffee making facilities. Spacious room and comfortable beds

The location was on the edge of town and meant a lot of walking or taxi rides. The owners are charming and helpful, although English not very good. They were very responsive when we realized the air conditioner had dripped onto the floor all night. They fixed it right away.
