Right on the beach overlooking sea, great for sunset. The room has Aircon so it is not too hot at night. Access to outside beds which are great for star gazing. Can walk to Tulum ruins in 10 minutes along the beach. Restaurant food was nice. Pool was clean and overlooks the sea

On the beach, nice bed and close to Tulum ruins. The huts have air conditioning and are ideal for a few days relaxing by the sea. I recommend getting a hire car as taxis can be expensive and walking does limit your options. I was given a quick tour when I arrived and check in was very easy. The daily fee for entering the beach area isn’t too much but it can be avoided if you enter after 5pm. I would hang out at the beach in the morning then go out for the afternoon to explore.

Very comfortable units within tranquil forested surroundings, just a few meters away from the beach! The shared bathrooms were clean and the place was well maintained.
