The proximity to the beach was exactly what we were looking for. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Being located in the Jaguar National Park was a benefit and a hindrance at the same time. The area felt very safe and secure do to the 24hr armed guards at the Park entrance.

The property provides access to a beautiful beach, with the section directly outside the hotel cleaned daily, though some plastic debris remains. Overall, the site is well-maintained and in good condition. The reception staff is friendly and welcoming.
