The breakfast was fantastic although not included in the price, particularly interesting options for vegetarians. We had a 2 bed rooftop flat which was massive with fridge, kitchen area, it was very nice. it was easy to get taxis and you could walk to downtown Tulum in 15 minutes. we found a great ice cream place 7 mins walk away. The staff were all very friendly

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel and cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, every single staff member was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive. We would especially like to mention Max, who we interacted with frequently. He was exceptionally helpful, always friendly, and gave us many great tips that truly enhanced our stay. Claudio was also consistently courteous and attentive, and Ivy was extremely kind, welcoming, and professional as well. The entire team made us feel genuinely cared for. We stayed at the hotel twice — once in a ground-floor room with a private pool and once in an upper-category room with a rooftop pool. Both rooms were immaculately clean, perfectly maintained, and very hygienic. The attention to cleanliness and detail was outstanding. The property itself is beautiful and very well maintained. It’s one of those places where you actually look forward to coming back in the evening — a peaceful, relaxing environment where you can truly unwind and feel at home. This was honestly one of the nicest hotel experiences we have ever had. We felt comfortable, safe, and completely relaxed throughout our stay. A big thank you to the entire team for making our time here so special — we would return without hesitation.

The hotel is breath taking. Full of beautifull trees and lights, the swiming pool looks nice. The rooms are spacious and everything looks luxurious.
