I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The location was perfect — very central and close to all the shops and main attractions, which made everything easy and convenient. The entire staff was extremely kind and welcoming, and I would especially like to thank the team at the reception for their exceptional service and friendliness. They truly made my stay even more pleasant.

Everything, the presidential room is absolutely wonderful, Cenote is next too it and it's super wonderful

Fantastic room, very comfortable, and super location. Staff were very helpful also. And great to have access to cenote onsite too.
