Our hotel restaurant Casa Vegana Mexican Green is temporarily closed from:
June 15th until October 31st, 2024.
However, breakfast is available daily from 7:30 am to 11:00 am.Children under 18 years of age are not admitted unless accompanied by a responsible adult.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay.

We liked it because it was in a great position. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was very nice with a good variety. It was served on the rooftop which was very nice. Quite a few staff spoke English which was helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. A bonus that we could park our car outside the hotel and no charge.

Comfort of room, cleanliness of room & grounds were perfect. Location was also ideal for us as was quiet yet a very close, easy & safe walking distance to town where there was a selection of bars, cafes & restaurants. However do note that if you want to stay in a resort by the beach this hotel is not for you as is a 15 minute drive away from the beach. We had a car & parking on the property was easy & very convenient to also leave & head out of town. Purposely chose this hotel also as it has a pool & being a driving distance away from the beach it was lovely to laze by & come home to & cool down after being out all day. We had afternoon drinks served from the pool level, they were reasonably priced, delicious & great to watch the sunsets with. Staff at front desk were extremely helpful & polite as too were all cleaning staff. Would definitely return & recommend if you want to vase yourself in downtown.

Very friendly staff and excellent location! The room was a bit too small for four people, and breakfast could be more generous — but for one night, it was totally fine.

Casa Agape was wonderful - the location was great being within walking distance of town and numerous restaurants, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was very good and the rooftop pool and restaurant a real treat! The additional bonus enabling us to have access to the Casa Maria Beach Club was amazing and not to be missed. Our visit there was one to be remembered. We would highly recommend staying here to anyone wanting to visit Tulum!
