The entire experience from start to finish was extremely positive. The hosts were accommodating when we requested an early check-in to be able to maximise the enjoyment of their beautiful rooftop during daylight hours. They were responsive, made sure we had the arrival instructions prior to check-in for ease and checked in with us throughout our stay. The place itself is clean, bright, tranquil and the rooftop is divine. Complete privacy, looking out at the jungle, but in the heart of aldea zama with easy accessibility to shops (which is not always the case in Tulum). As someone who has visited Tulum multiple times, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing but easily accessible and fully equipped apartment to enjoy their stay in Tulum.
