A very decent place, central and enough for 1–2 nights. The staff is very friendly and they prepare a gentle breakfast. You have water at your disposal and a fridge, which is a plus! The pool is cute for a refreshment after a Margarita!

Bau Tulum is perfectly located in the heart of Tulum, just two blocks from the ADO bus terminal and downtown Tulum, making it super accessible. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and we truly felt at home here. The overall facilities, spacious rooms, and thoughtful hotel layout were all spot on. Our package included breakfast, and every day we were served a different Mexican breakfast, freshly cooked right in front of us, such a lovely touch! We initially booked the Gallery Room for three nights and planned to stay in the main room with the bathtub for our final night. But the team kindly offered us an early upgrade on the second day and even gave us that night for free! They also decorated the room beautifully upon request, as it was my husband’s birthday. Our overall experience was amazing, and we’d love to stay here again!

Very friendly and helpful manager, Juan! He literally guided us on how to get around the city, which made our trip so much easier. The breakfast options were healthy and delicious, perfect for starting the day right. The location is excellent, especially if you're using the ADO bus for transportation—super convenient. Highly recommended!

Very good location. Short walk to central bis terminal & the collectivos. Bed was comfy. Room was large & modern.
