The staff were very well trained - which gave me confidence that there would be a high level of hygene in the kitchen; so ate at the hotel restaurant or partner restaurant every night.

The rooms are spacious, and so are the bathrooms. They are very thoughtful about a few things and have kept umbrellas, mosquito coils & sprays, extra extension cords and even a diffuser (you can ask for essential oils you prefer) in the rooms. The property has an in-house restaurant that serves good food through the day including alcohol. They also have a nice view of Mt. Agung. The pool seems nice, I did not use it however was busy everyday. If you are interested in massages they will arrange for masseuse to come to you, and have a massage in your room, patio or by the pool - this is really nice.

Rooms were top quality, very clean, huge king bed! Staff very accommodating, great food in restaurant. Beautiful grounds, good onsite dive facilities & location, perfect spot to unwind!
