This is a beautiful building, filled with beautiful things. Communication about our arrival was fantastic and we were immediately made welcome with a tour of all the rooms. There is no upper floor so everything was on the same level. We had a lovely room, bath AND Jacuzzi in the bathroom. And easy access directly from our room to the gorgeous pool area, with lots of seating in shady or sunny spots as you wish.

My experience at this hotel was truly magical—beautiful, inviting, and absolutely unforgettable. I stayed in the Rose Room for nine nights, and it felt like something out of a fairytale. The decor was adorably elegant, just like a princess’s room. The bed was wonderfully soft, and both the shower and toilet were clean and very easy to use. The hotel also features a pool and spa that guests can use anytime. The spa was warm and soothing—almost like a hot spring—and perfect for unwinding after a long day. Breakfast was served buffet-style and always delicious. I especially loved the occasional handmade quiches and freshly baked bread—they quickly became my favorites. But what truly made my stay special was the staff. Every single person I interacted with was kind, thoughtful, and incredibly attentive. They always made sure I was comfortable and helped with anything I needed, no matter how small. Thanks to them, my nine-day stay was not only comfortable but truly heartwarming. If I ever visit Tucson again, I would absolutely choose this hotel without a second thought. Thank you for the wonderful experience!
