The facility and hosts are wonderful! The building is new and very beautifully decorated, access to a private closed parking lot - a big plus, you can store your car, bicycles or beach equipment. The apartment is beautifully and modernly furnished - we were delighted! Very clean and comfortable. Well-equipped kitchen and bathroom. Very nice cooling/heating system. Beautiful view from the large terrace. There was a person waiting for us with the keys, he told us everything and showed us how to go to the beach. The distance from the building to the sea is small, it takes 2 minutes on foot. Perfect location in Tucepi. Fantastic. I recommend to everyone!

Apartments are great. Everything that you need is there. 5 min to beach, restaurants and shop. Hosts are very kind. We’ve addressed with a question at 10pm and at 10:05pm it’s been fixed.

One of the best apartments in Croatia ever! New, cozy clean and comfortable apartment. Located approx 150m far from the beach or Tucepi promenade (convenient undergound pathway to get to). Brand new buidling, and brand new apartment, fully equipped. Washing mashine, dishwasher, mirowave oven, hairdryers, iron, wifi for apartment only, two clean and modern bathrooms, spatious saloon with onwall flat TV, all kitchen, bathroom and saloon equipment - plates, knives, forks, pots, linens, towels, coffee maker with capsules, electric kettle - everything is in! Electric shutters giving some shade, when you turn off the air conditioning. Very spatious terrace with table, armchairs, where sitting place for 5 people is comfortable. Super friendly owners! Mrs. Katerina wellcomed us with smile, explained everything in detailes, also let us park the car in the underground, closed car-park place. As a very nice wellcome, she prepared some sweet and chilling surprise for us and our son! What a great place to stay! I solely recommend this apartment and the great owners! Place worth to choose, stay in and come back! Our warmest greets to the owners! Hope to see you again!
