It was perfect, everything we wanted from a guesthouse. Shorena and her husband were very nice people. They cooked us delicious food and made us feel very welcome.

Shorena took great care of us, the food was very good and more than you can honestly eat. We will come back again as soon as we get the chance. Also Tsvirmi and the people in the village, specially the children, were so lovely

Shorena's homestay was a comfortable and cosy place to stay after a long walk from Mestia to Tsvirmi as part of our 3-day hike. It was easy to find, as it was just on the main road as we came into town on the hiking track from Mestia. Our twin bedroom had very warm bedding for the more chilly nights, the shared bathroom was clean and modern, and there was a cute seating area out in the front and back garden where we could enjoy the sun and homemade wine. For a small extra cost (make sure to bring cash) we enjoyed an absolute feast for dinner with the other guests, with homemade bread, cheese, salads, khachapuri and other dishes with both meat and vegetarian options. We had to leave at around 6.30am for a big day of hiking which is very early for Georgian standards, but Shorena and their family still served us coffee and packed us a picnic breakfast and lunch to take with us since we couldn't have the sit down breakfast at 8am. An all round excellent stay!

A very basic accommodation, as expected in a small mountain village. Shorena was welcoming. Dinner and breakfast were fine, and the price was better than at other guesthouses (35 lari for dinner and breakfast together). The dining room was warm, and the portable heater in our room helped to keep it warm. Shower had good pressure and enough hot water.
