Everything, especially the warm and friendly welcoming reception upon check-in. Truly professional and world-class service. Everyone at the hotel was great.

The hotel is located strategically close to historical monuments and good restaurants. In fact, the hotel bar serves proper Georgian food. My family enjoyed the pool, and I also spent some time in the gym. They refreshed the towels there regularly. Keep in mind we had a rental car so I am able to claim the accessibility to touristy spots. We stayed for 6 nights in a double room with a sofa bed and large double bed. Was very pleased seeing the sofa bed already arranged with a topper, linens, and pillows without my having to request it. I appreciate the younger staff who really tried to communicate with us, some actually spoke fantastic English. Generally, the hotel has the basic items you would need for your stay.

Location for cave and parks, abandoned Soviet buildings(do walk up to them, the dogs are friendly esp if you bribe them with treats and the empty buildings are cool), pool is lovely, breakfast is usual but satisfactory
