Excellent location and beautiful property. We had a nice double room with two beds, it’s very quiet outside at night, perfect for a good sleep

Irina, the owner is extremely helpful with everything. She can arrange taxi to or from the airport, even if it is 3am and all taxi drivers are sleeping. House is beautiful. Surrounding buildings looks depresively, but it is not problem of Irina, it is problem of Chcaltuba. Anyway it is excellent place to stay and enjoy SPA or spend last day before the flight from Kutaisi. By the way, Marsrutka Nr. 43 or 34 will take you to the Kutaisi bus station for 2 lari and you can continue to Batumi or Tbilisi...

For the price it costs, I think everything is perfect. The owners are amazing and helpful. If you want to live like locals do, then it's a very good and authentic place.
