Very quiet area. There is parking in the yard. Each bedroom has a bathroom. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils. Nearby is a park for walks.

Immaculately furnished 3 bedroom villa with big garden and outdoor cooking facilities & barbeque as well as outdoor dining. Each bedroom has an ensuite washroom.

This was an absolutely incredible stay, Berdia's place is VERY spacious and beautifully refurbished, everything one needs is provided. Very nice tucked away location, still a stone throw away from the Kutaisi centre and 2 minutes from Tskhaltubo's famous baths. In all honesty this place deserves even more than 10 stars! We met the host as well and had a nice chat - very pleasant and interesting person indeed!
