The location is amid the mountains, very quiet and tranquil. The staff was friendly and they accepted pets without addition pay. The huts are visibly renovated and nice, I didn't go into the hotel part and cannot say.

The room was large and renovated. The food was really good and the staff nice. I liked the playground and the spacious and green yard.

We stayed for only 1 night, but loved it already. We had a bungalow booked and the staff had heated it before we arrived. Inside was very cozy, and very clean. All the complex is very well organised and the visitors can enjoy the calmness, the nature and absolutely relax. For dinner we ate in the restaurant of Asenevtsi. We were absolutely delighted about the food. It was so, so tasty. If we have the opportunity we would definitely visit it again. Last but not least, the complex is very pet-friendly!

Nice place, but during the spring or even the summer will be better. There is a parking place there.
