Located 800m from the picturesque Tsagarada, the 12 Months Resort & Spa offers luxurious accommodation and a variety of leisure activities. It includes spa facilities and a seasonal outdoor pool.
Rooms and suites in 12 Months are elegantly decorated with dark wood furnishings and earthy colours. They are equipped with in-floor heating, air conditioning and LCD TV. Bathrooms include toiletries and a hairdryer.
Guests can pamper themselves at the 12 Month Resort spa, which features a sauna, hammam, a hot tub and a fully equipped fitness centre. Manicure, pedicure and hairdressing services are also provided. Other leisure facilities include a tennis court, table tennis and billiards.
Melia restaurant serves traditional cuisine with a modern approach using fresh, local products which guests can savour while in direct contact with nature, amidst the beauty of the surrounding landscape. In the morning, it serves a rich buffet breakfast including pancakes and homemade pies. 12 Café is the ideal place to enjoy a hot beverage, during winter, with views of the Aegean Sea. In the summer, the pool bar serves refreshing cocktails by the swimming pool.
Agriolefkes Ski Centre is approximately 40 km from 12 Months Resort & Spa. Agios Ioannis beach is at 10 km. Free Wi-Fi is available in the hotel’s public areas and free private on-site parking is possible.

Very nice place but horrible beds. The kids slept on very uncomfortable sofas although i paid for beds. Very quiet place with nice view very close with car to all the resturants. Very hard to reach without car. Service is good and very clean.

Perfect location. Good breakfast and very good restaurant with a short but good wine list. Floor heating in the rooms was a pleasant surprise.
