“We had an amazing 3-week stay at this villa in Tsada. The house was spotless, really comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was peaceful with beautiful surroundings, but you’ll need a car to get around. A lovely welcome with a bottle of wine and fresh fruit waiting for us — such a nice touch! We felt right at home and will definitely be back. Thank you Joanna & Elena

This location is ideal for Summer where the elevation of just over 600m would offer a cooler environment than Paphos Town Centre. The temperature difference is at least 5C.

Very nice owner, Ms. Elena. Excellent communication, Elena responds quickly and concisely. The villa is well-equipped, the rooms are large and clean. I can confidently recommend this place for three couples, although we were there as two couples. The location of the villa is also good, being in the mountains but still close to the airport in Paphos. Thanks to this, it wasn't as hot as it was down in places like Paphos. I would gladly return to the Demelida Villa, as we have many more places to visit in Cyprus. Best regards Leo
