Please note that due to the age and character of the property, it may not be suitable for guests with mobility difficulties. There are sloping floors and lots of narrow stairs.Late check-in after 20:00 is not possible.Spring Cottage is also home to our two Labradors.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You couldn't ask for a more lovely place to stay - we were welcomed after a 9 hour journey with tea and scones and felt immediately at home at Chris and David's beautiful cottage. The cottage itself is beautiful, warm and homely and had everything you could need. Breakfast prepared by Chris each morning was absolutely delicious, with plenty of choice (incredible pancakes!) and Chris and David are such lovely people and wonderful hosts that we could easily have spent hours chatting with them each day! To top it off, David is a trained massage therapist and I was able to book a last minute massage during our stay. Our stay was genuinely perfect, and we hope to be able to visit again soon!

We had one of our best B&B experiences ever. Chris and David are excellent hosts. The rooms are very comfortable and very clean, the location is perfect to explore Cornwall. Very highly recommended!

Hosts were brilliant from the get go with directions how to find Spring Cottage, on arriving I was warmly greeted with a cup of tea and fresh scones. Chris and David were so welcoming and friendly. I felt at home right away. The room was delightful, clean and warm (which was much appreciated on a cold day). The breakfast was exceptional, cooked and presented perfectly with local produce. I also loved meeting the boys! I can't wait to stay again.
