Location was fantastic in centre of town Arrived by bus from Truro - all on time Room was lovely / clean /spacious - great shower Food fantastic and great service Lively atmosphere in pub downstairs but so quiet after 9.30 /10

The room was spotless and all the staff were very welcoming. This was our second trip and we are planning our third shortly.

Excellent and substantial breakfast. Attractive room decoration. Bath and shower and large good quality towels. Lower stair rail felt sticky, probably because a spray polish was used but did not detract from our stay.
