The fine print
Guests are required to check-in at Fraser House, located at 10 Horseshoe Crescent. Room allocations will be in either in Fraser House (10 Horseshoe Crescent), Chapman House (20 Horseshoe Crescent), or Trueman House (30 Horseshoe Crescent). All buildings are located next to each other and are within walking distance from the Langille Athletic Centre.Please note that check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 10:30 AM. Photo ID is required to check-in. The address given when booking should match the address on your photo ID to ensure that there are no issues upon arrival. It is not possible to check in after 10:00 PM as the reception desk will be closed.Guests must be over the age of 19 or be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Location and the beauty of it all, with the associated building and grounds well maintained. This gave a new meaning to knowing how fortunate it would be with younger, or older students coming to this educational institution.
