Location is excellent for A30 access and to explore this part of N Cornwall. Very peaceful countryside setting. Really impressed with the host and her family, who were all really helpful and friendly. A cream tea waited for our arrival, in the fridge along, with some fresh eggs from their own hens. The standard of the finish in the kitchen and bathroom is excellent and the whole place is light, airy and modern while still feeling cosy. Very dog friendly.

The property had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The kitchen was well stocked and allowed for easy cooking, avoiding the need to eat out etc. which is exactly what we wanted. The bed was extremely comfortable along with the seating area. The host and family were also very welcoming and friendly.

Everything! This was so perfect for us and our two dogs. They made sure they ticked off everything we might need, including: dogs beds, beach towels, dog water/food bowls, spare dog towels if needed and access to a hose if we needed to clean the doggies. One of the best things was the fact there is a secure field on site for the dogs to have a good run around; the farm dog might join a game of fetch but he was so friendly. I can’t recommend and thank Emily, and her family, enough for making sure our stay was perfect. The location was also perfect, close enough to any key places we wanted to visit!
