Apart from everything g covered previously - the thoughtful touches, flowers, scones, personal welcome, a check in to make sure everything was ok and the local recommendations!

Liz was an amazing host. We had home made scones, jam, cream and milk from their own dairy on arrival. Just divine. The beds were super comfortable, great water pressure and so much room to move around. It was like our home away from home. The added bonus was having a washer/dryer in the room which made it super easy to do a load of washing. Every aspect of our stay was brilliant and the location (even though out of Truro a bit) was perfect for accessing all areas of Cornwall. Even if you just wanted to hang around the property, Liz and family were open for us to venture around the dairy. Next time we are in the area we would 100% stay here again.

This property is in a great central location for exploring Cornwall and is a tasteful and high quality renovation of a farm building. Everything you need for a long or short stay is to hand and there is plenty of room to relax. There is excellent parking right next to the apartment. The Host, Liz is most helpful with information about the area and with extra treats on arrival, and can assist with anything you need.

Location was lovely and well placed to visit many well known tourist attractions. The cottages each had a parking space and a patio to enjoy the homemade cream tea we were given on arrival! Delicious. Liz and nick also put up happy anniversary banners and left us a bottle of Prosecco to celebrate our special day. So thoughtful. And this thoughtfulness shone right through our stay…we had asked to meet the herd of jersey cows that lived on the farm and Liz gave up a large slice of her morning to show us around the farm and introduce us to the lovely “Mooeys “! Thank you Liz! A genuinely warm host! Couldn’t ask for more and we even noticed an EV charging point was available.
