Awesome location, very clean throughout. Brilliant views out over the estuary. The Heron Inn pub is 2 doors down and did a lovely breakfast - make sure you book in at least one time while staying here. Bed was very comfy (I even snuck a look at the mattress because I'm going to get the same one for home now).

Fabulous location with views from all levels across the tidal rivers. Very compact house just one door away from an excellent pub with the 2 mile walk to Truro along the river a walker's dream. Well equipped kitchen and welcome pack. Loved it.
