Extremely well priced with cheap bike hire. Outside of the town which was great and a 10 min ride in which was awesome. Staff extremely friendly with good English. Right next door to the Hospital cave and close to the National Park.

Beautiful location. Fantastic pool, we spent hours there. Excellent host who can sort out more or less anything you need - scooter rental, tours, bus transfers, taxis etc. Food and drink also available to order, cheap and amazing taste. I recommend the seafood barbecue for those who love freshly caught seafood - meatiest crabs we’ve ever seen!

A perfect and peaceful place to unwind for a few days. We loved our afternoons in the pool and exploring Cat Ba. The location is a bit isolated from town so I would recommend bringing or hiring a scooter to get around in. Otherwise there are a few really nice places to eat in the area (including the Homestay!). Gecko the owner and his family are really sweet and lovely. Thanks for everything!

Such a great Homestay! It is quiet, the rooms are comfortable and the owners are very nice and helpful. Food is great and plenty at the restaurant. It is a really nice experience to live in this small village in the middle of the island, close to the national park and not too far from town. They rent scooters which is a great way to discover the island, since the roads are in very good conditions. Very nice pool. Recommended 100%
