Perfect location for our visit to the beautiful Troyes. The hotel was very comfortable and we were extremely hosted by Jeremy.

The service at the desk was very good. Jeremy was fluent English speaker and helped us check-in late, helped arrange parking and generally was very warm and welcoming. The people can transform a experience from bad to great. The location is very good just a short 10 minute walk into the centre of the town. The room was large and had some nice facilities for a family room like a refrigerator and cooker.
