Very helpfull staff, however the breakfast room had limited tables and chairs, with also very limited food still available.

Connecting rooms were perfect for our family, comfy beds, nice bathrooms, spacious rooms, quiet but convenient location. We loved Troyes!

The property is situated close to the medieval centre. It is your classic hotel with everything you need, but a shout out for the quality of mattresses in the rooms, and the lovely perfume / smell that lingers in the hallway. There is also a pizzeria next door which is great value for money, and convenient when travelling (with kids). Breakfast is available at the property with a buffet bar. The hotel also has an underground parking which we didn't reserve beforehand, but I would recommend doing so as we were lucky to get a space.
