Right in the city center in a beautiful old building. The apartment had everything we needed. It was already nice and warm when we entered even though it was freezing outside. Clean sheets and towels.

The property is exceptionally well appointed, perfectly central in the heart of Troyes old town. Very quiet. Very generous in size. Has all the amenities required. Lovely comfortable clean apartment with a well-equipped kitchen and bathroom and three very comfortable beds. However we lost access to water for over three hours and were entirely unable to contact anyone, either via the booking platform or the host herself, for upwards of seven hours, which I consider unacceptable. The water situation eventually resolved itself, but I would have expected some degree of apology or even verification from the owners. I received nothing. That is why I have reduced my ratings. Yes I would stay there again as it is a lovely property, but I’d strongly hope nothing more serious goes wrong.

Everything is great .The house is spacious and clean, with everything we need including washing machines and dryer and dishwasher and a big table.The location of the house is so great ,we can conveniently get everything nearby. The stairs are a little steep but interesting.
