Our Hostess was wonderful. Being served Breakfast every morning, was a real Treat. There simply wasn't a request that we received a No too. It was literally a home away from home. The Apartments are spacious, and have all you require. It's not on the beaten track, so very quiet, with almost no Traffic. We felt very, very safe.

This is the best self catering apartment we have ever stayed at. Immaculately clean, a really comfy bed, a full kitchen with complete cooker/oven + microwave, pots and pans etc. A fridge/freezer. Brilliant kitchen! The bedroom with a double bed was a good size and the bed was really comfy. The second bedroom with twin beds was also a good size, with big double wardrobe including a safe. The living room/diner was large with a sofa and 3 armchairs, a large coffee table, a TV, and a large dining table and chairs. The bathroom was sizeable with a huge shower and lots of hot water (if you're brave enough to have a hot shower in such hot weather). There was a balcony that overlooked the garden and had a table and chairs on it. It was wonderful to sit and have breakfast, watching the birds and butterflies in the orange trees. Our hosts were so kind. The weather was incredibly hot and they had kindly moved us to this apartment as it is a cooler one. Each room has a ceiling fan but if we go again I will pay the supplement for the air con. Each day we had omelette and toast with coffee for breakfast which saw us through to tea time. They were such lovely, unobtrusive hosts. Location was great for us. This is in Mon Choisy and is just off the main road but it is the end of the cul-de-sac so it was quiet with no through traffic. We were only a 5 mins stroll from Mon Choisy beach which, in my opinion, is the best beach on the island. There was a small supermarket at the end of the road which had poor choices and was expensive: on our hosts recommendation we went 1.5km along the road to the big supermarket. There were some smashing restaurants around if you don't fancy cooking (Le Mediterranee and Stephanie Snack are excellent) and all within a 3 min stroll. I absolutely couldn't fault this place.

Lovable and kind-hearted hosts Ashok and his wife Renuka are deserving 5 stars! And their very friendly dog Sheeba is adding additional + and a smile on guest faces :) - Main reason why i am recommending stay in The Impala Mauritius is because of the hosts which are deserving wonderful and enormous praise: Mr. Ashok and his wife Renuka. People with a heart of gold (warmth radiates from these very nice people), extremely hospitable, very caring about the comfort of their guests and very helpful at every step. There was no situation in which the hosts did not ask if I needed anything and if everything was OK. I felt both safe and cared for at the highest level, and even surrounded by the warmth of a family home :) Mr. Ashok is a head of the business and he is taking care of planning the tours around the island and picking up the guests from the airport ( both services are additionally paid but extremely affordable and cheaper comparing to the taxi services ) and his Wife Renuka is taking care about the guests and about any kind of room services cleaning and preparing breakfasts which are just DELICIOUS! - Appartment is very cosy, clean and very big. There is huge main bed and the smaller one both have very comfortable mattresses so the quality of a sleep is just outstanding. There are also few sofas and chairs in case You want just relax for example coming back from a walk around the beautiful neighborhood. The kitchen in the apartment is equipped with all the accessories and kitchen appliances You might need. The bathroom was very clean and well-kept. - Appartment is situated in very quiet, safe and beautiful area so you can really rest and relax. It is located 5 minutes from the ocean, and two of the most beautiful beaches on whole island ( Mont Choisy - pine trees near by and Trou aux Beach - palm trees :) ) ( if You are lucky at the morning while walking into the breach there is a tree and You might be a witness the courtship of beautiful yellow birds :) ).
