Very nice accommodation close to the city center but also to the beach. Breakfast is served in the restaurant under the accommodation and was excellent. Also as a service. We were very satisfied

The location couldn’t have been better, it was very central. My holiday was off season and the bar/reception was closed but I had clear instructions on how to access my room. Which was spotless and well equipped. Stefano was super helpful, giving me details of places to visit and eat during my stay.

The room was spacious, clean and aesthetically pleasing. Breakfast was good — a varied selection of foods (I was pleasantly surprised to see that they had scrambled eggs and pancakes) and the espresso was great. The location is amazing, right in the heart of town and short walking distance from the train station (about 12 minutes). Service was also excellent. Stefano is super friendly and accommodating — he sent me a very thorough video on how to check in because my arrival time was after his shift is over. He also gave me several restaurant recommendations and was happy to assist me with whatever I needed.

Our experience at Don Ugo was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The rooms are beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable. The location couldn’t be better,right in the heart of Tropea, just a short walk from the historic center, the restaurants, and the stunning beach. It’s the ideal spot to explore this magical town. But what truly made our stay special was Stefano. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, always ready with a smile, great advice, and genuine care. His kindness and attention made us feel completely at home. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Tropea. Highly recommend Don Ugo to anyone visiting. We’ll definitely be back!
