Great location, helpful and friendly staff. We asked to change the room and the front desk were happy to do it for us! Plus they were always available and always smiling! Super happy with the service! Also, great breakfast, constantly replenished. And good honest dinners included if you did not fancy going out. We ate in 2 times out of our 4 nights stay and really enjoyed it. The days' menu is available in reception in advance.

We have got spectacular suite instead of booked standard room. It was very spacious with amazing view to fjord, Nidelva and channel as it was located on the roof level. Very helpfull staff, parking place within shopping center connected with the hotel and evening dinner included in room price are attitiude. All major city attractions as Nidelva houses and Nidaros within walking distance.

Central, easy to get around and close to cafes and restaurants. Nice big room, good breakfast and helpful reception staff.
