Excellent location 5 mins walk from station. We booked for a family room which was really a small apartment with two rooms, sofa bed, table and large bathroom. All-in-all a very comfy room. Breakfast buffet was included and superb with a great a range including so many meats, fish and cheeses as well as the usual things like cereal and yogurt, fruit etc. Well recommended for a stay in Trondheim.

The staff were unexpectedly friendly: receptionists, cleaners and not the least in the breakfast room. They made Chesterfield a place I would very much like to return to. I had chosen the hotel for its location, which was perfect for me, close to the railway station, and with busses to the airport just outside the hotel lobby. The breakfast buffet was very good, indeed excellent.

The bed, quilt, and bathroom were good. Breakfast had many choices, and it was healthy. The location is central.

Breakfast generous. Room clean and comfortable. Staff pleasant. Location near station and across street from little French coffee shop can't be beat.
