Great place to stay. Maybe more staff when guests all arriving from Hurtgruten cruise together. Took us an hour to get to checking desk.

The hotel room was quite small but well equipped including a kettle, tea and coffee. Very good complimentary buffet breakfast with wide selection, also complimentary light supper on most days which was a nice surprise. Complimentary tea and coffee in the lobby. Central location, convenient for Tromsø attractions, bus stops and bus station where tours leave from and return to.
